Privacy Statement

Version 4.1

Effective date: September 30, 2026

This Privacy Statement explains how MuellerPro.AI / MPAI, currently operated by Martin Mueller individually and later by any successor entity formed for this business, handles information submitted through its website, contact forms, calls, emails, proposals, training programs, coaching engagements, and related services.

This statement is intentionally simple. MPAI is an early-stage consulting, training, and AI-education practice. We do not sell personal information, and we do not operate a consumer data business.

At a glance

This summary is for convenience; the full sections below control.

Scope and key terms

"You" means a Site Visitor or a Client. "Personal Information" means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual, as defined by applicable law. For Clients, the Master Services Agreement, the Statement of Work, and any signed Supplement govern the handling of Client data and control over this Statement where they address the same subject.

1. Information we collect

MPAI may collect basic business and contact information that you choose to provide, such as:

MPAI may also collect ordinary website and technical information through hosting providers, analytics tools, security tools, cookies, logs, or similar technologies, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, referring websites, approximate location, date and time of visit, and IP address.

Please do not send sensitive or regulated information through our website, contact forms, or email — for example, Social Security or government ID numbers, financial account or payment card numbers, health information, login credentials, or other people's confidential data. Our intake channels are for ordinary business contact information only. If sensitive information is genuinely needed for an engagement, we will arrange a secure, agreed method under a signed Supplement before you send it.

2. How we use information

MPAI uses information to:

3. AI tools and client content

MPAI teaches and supports the use of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows. Depending on the engagement, MPAI may use third-party AI tools, software platforms, productivity tools, communication tools, or hosting services.

Clients are responsible for deciding what information may be entered into AI tools, platforms, agents, or third-party systems. Unless specifically agreed in writing, clients should not provide MPAI with sensitive, regulated, confidential, privileged, personal, medical, financial, donor-sensitive, campaign-sensitive, or proprietary information that is not necessary for the engagement.

MPAI does not promise that third-party AI tools or platforms will treat information in any particular way beyond the terms, policies, and controls provided by those third parties. Clients should review the privacy, security, and data-use terms of any third-party tools they choose to use.

MPAI does not control how third-party AI providers train their models, retain inputs, or handle data, and is not responsible for those practices. Any content a Client enters into an AI tool during an engagement is handled under the engagement agreements and the third party's terms, and the Client remains responsible for what it chooses to enter.

4. Sharing information

MPAI may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business and provide services, including with:

MPAI does not sell personal information.

5. Email and communications

If you contact MPAI, MPAI may respond using the contact information you provide. MPAI may also send occasional business-related messages, updates, or follow-ups. You may ask MPAI to stop sending non-essential marketing or business-development communications at any time.

When we meet by phone or video, we may use note-taking, recording, or transcription tools to capture the conversation for our own reference. If you would prefer we not record or transcribe a particular call, tell us before or at the start of the call and we will turn it off.

6. Data security

MPAI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate for a small consulting and training practice. No website, email system, AI platform, cloud service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You provide information at your own risk. MPAI's security efforts are a commitment to reasonable care, not a guarantee, and to the extent allowed by law MPAI is not responsible for unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure that occurs despite reasonable measures. For Clients, MPAI's responsibility for data security is governed and limited by the MSA and any Supplement.

7. Data retention

MPAI keeps information for as long as reasonably useful for business, legal, tax, accounting, client-service, dispute-resolution, or administrative purposes, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Third-party websites and tools

The MPAI website or services may link to or rely on third-party websites, tools, platforms, payment processors, AI systems, or software providers. MPAI is not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services.

9. Your choices

You may contact MPAI to request that we update, correct, or delete information you previously provided, subject to legal, contractual, tax, accounting, backup, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping needs.

You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of most analytics tools using the controls those tools provide. Some site features may not work as well if cookies are disabled.

9A. Do Not Track and third-party tracking

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our website does not respond differently to that signal, because it does not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking tools of its own. We do not allow other parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites through our site. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs; those providers' own policies apply to the technical data they receive.

10. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (for example, in California and other states) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. MPAI does not sell Personal Information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, contact MPAI using Section 15; MPAI will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

11. Children’s privacy

MPAI's website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. MPAI does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.

12. International users and data location

MPAI is based in the United States and provides services to U.S. business users. Information is processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. MPAI's website and services are not directed to individuals in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regions with specific data-protection regimes, and MPAI makes no representation that it complies with the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws unless expressly agreed in writing. By using the website or services, you understand that your information will be handled in the United States.

13. Informational only; not a contract

This Statement is provided for transparency. It is not a contract and creates no contractual right, warranty, or guarantee, and does not enlarge MPAI's obligations beyond what applicable law requires. For any Client engagement, the MSA, the SOW, and any Supplement govern and control over this Statement.

14. Changes to this statement

MPAI may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after an update means you are aware of the current Statement; because this Statement is informational and not a contract, no separate acceptance is required. This Statement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
